being a good human
strong people build strong communities
At Ironworks, we believe strength goes beyond the gym.
We believe becoming stronger as individuals gives us the opportunity, and the responsibility, to make our community stronger, too.
Paso Robles means so much to us. We want Ironworks to be known not only as a great place to train, but as a business that shows up, lends a hand, and makes a positive impact.
Community service isn't something we do once a year. It's part of who we are.
Sometimes that means volunteering
Sometimes that means raising money
Sometimes that means picking up a shovel or a hammer
Sometimes that means fixing a meal
Sometimes that means listening and offering a strong shoulder
We will not get every decision right, but our principles will remain clear. We are committed to showing up, supporting our community, and making Paso a little stronger.
Our Community
We are committed to supporting local nonprofits through financial contributions, partnerships, fundraising events, and volunteer efforts. We believe strong communities are built by people working together.
Our organization focuses on these themes:
Does this make Paso stronger? Better?
Can we make an impact in some way?
Can we “participate”, not just “donate”?
Does this unite rather than divide?
Would you be proud to tell your mother?
Our Members
We never want finances to be the only reason someone gives up on their fitness journey.
When possible, we'll work with individuals facing temporary financial hardship to help them stay on their journey. Every situation is different, but our goal is simple: if someone is committed to improving their life, we'll do our best to help them stay on track.
