Who Trains with us

Ironworks is for people who want to become bigger, stronger, faster, healthier, and more capable.

We are experienced lifters, bodybuilders, first-time gym members, tradespeople, first responders, healthcare professionals, retirees, moms and dads squeezing in a workout before work, and people rebuilding their health after years away from the gym.

Some train for a personal best. Some train for the stage. Some train to keep up with their kids. Some simply enjoy the routine.

You don't need to fit a stereotype to fit in here.

Strength Training

Strength training is the foundation of Ironworks.

With over 5,000 square feet of space, the gym includes free weights, Olympic barbells, squat racks, benches, dumbbells, plate-loaded equipment, selectorized machines, cable stations, and space for both bodybuilding and strength training.

Whether your goal is your first pull-up, a new personal record, or simply getting stronger than you were yesterday, you'll have the equipment to support it.

Cardio

Choose the workout that fits your style.

We have treadmills, rowers, stair climbers, ellipticals, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, fan bikes, and spin bikes.

However you get your sweat on, we have you covered.

Functional Training

Our dedicated functional training area supports athletic training, conditioning, mobility, and general fitness.

We have kettlebells, resistance bands, suspension trainers, battle ropes, sleds, sandbags, medicine balls, slam balls, plyometric boxes, steps, and open space to move.

Community Class

Saturday mornings at 8am, gym members and community members are invited to a free group workout. The class is led by one of our trainers. The intention is to be challenging but approachable for all fitness levels. Above all, it is fun and a great way to meet other members and start the weekend out on the right foot.
