We offer both one-on-one and semi-private personal training to fit your goals, schedule, and budget.

One-on-one personal training

Work directly with a personal trainer who will focus entirely on you and your goals.

Together, you'll build a plan that's designed specifically for your experience level, fitness goals, and individual needs.

One-on-one training includes:

  • Accountability, motivation and progress tracking

Semi-Private Personal Training

If you enjoy the energy of working out with others but still want personalized coaching, semi-private training may be the perfect fit.

You'll train with one of our personal trainers and a small group of no more than four participants. This format provides individualized coaching while creating the encouragement and camaraderie that comes from training alongside others.

Many members find that semi-private training keeps them motivated, helps them stay consistent, and offers a more affordable alternative to one-on-one coaching.
