Gym Rules
Effective date: July 1, 2026
Welcome to Ironworks Gym
Ironworks Gym exists for one reason: to provide a place where people of every experience level can become stronger.
These aren’t just rules. They are the standards that help create the kind of gym we all want to train in.
If everyone follows these principles, Ironworks will remain clean, safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
Honor
Treat every member, guest, and employee with courtesy.
Everyone is at a different point in their fitness journey. Encourage others, be patient, and remember that every expert was once a beginner.
Harassment, intimidation, discrimination, bullying, unwanted advances, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Zero tolerance.
Respect
Respect each other, respect the space, respect the equipment.
Equipment
Treat the equipment as if you owned it
Re-rack weights.
Return dumbbells, plates, bars, and accessories to their proper locations.
Do not drop or throw equipment except where the equipment, flooring, and exercise are designed for it.
Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to a team member.
Wipe it down after use.
Leaving equipment where someone else has to clean up after you isn't how we do things
Share the Gym
Be mindful of others waiting to use equipment.
During busy times:
Limit rest periods when others are waiting.
Allow others to work in (just like in the old days).
Be thoughtful when supersetting.
We're all here to train.

Whether it's damaged equipment, a maintenance issue, a safety concern, or behavior that doesn't align with our values. We need to know so we can address it.
Our Promise

We'll maintain the equipment.
We'll keep the gym clean.
