Our Philosophy

At Ironworks Gym, we believe joining—and leaving—a gym should be straightforward.

We don't believe in hidden fees, complicated cancellation procedures, or making members jump through unnecessary hoops.

Our goal is simple: earn your membership every month through a great experience.

Day Passes

Day Passes provide access to Ironworks Gym for a single day.

• Day Pass purchases are non-refundable.

• Day Passes expire 24 hours from first access to the gym.

Week Passes

Week Passes provide access for seven (7) consecutive calendar days beginning on the date of first use.

• Week Passes are non-refundable.

• Unused days do not carry over or extend beyond the expiration period.

Month-to-Month Memberships

Month-to-month memberships automatically renew every billing cycle until cancelled.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership by:

• Visiting the front desk during staffed hours.

• Using your online member account (when available).

• Emailing membership@pasoironworksgym.com.

For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing your request.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be received at least five (7) days before your next scheduled billing date.

If your request is received at least seven days before your billing date:

• Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

• No additional membership dues will be charged.

If your request is received fewer than seven days before your billing date, your next payment may already be processing. In that case, your membership will remain active through the following billing period.

Once your cancellation has been processed, we'll send you an email confirmation.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships are paid in advance for a twelve-month membership term.

Because discounted pricing is provided in exchange for the annual commitment:

• Annual memberships are generally non-refundable.

• Memberships may not be cancelled for a prorated refund during the membership term except where required by law or otherwise approved by Ironworks Gym.

If you experience a significant medical condition, military deployment, or other extraordinary circumstance, please contact us. We'll review your situation individually and work with you whenever reasonably possible.

Charter Memberships

Charter Memberships recognize the members who helped build Ironworks Gym from the very beginning.

Charter pricing is reserved exclusively for active Charter Members.

If a Charter Member cancels their membership and later decides to return, they are always welcome back. However, the Charter Membership pricing and benefits are forfeited upon cancellation.

Returning members will join under the membership options and pricing available at the time they rejoin.

Membership Freezes

Eligible memberships may be placed on hold for qualifying circumstances such as:

• Extended illness or injury

• Military deployment

• Other situations approved by Ironworks Gym

Freeze eligibility, duration, and any applicable fees will be outlined in your Membership Agreement.

Refund Policy

Membership dues, enrollment fees, and pass purchases are generally non-refundable once a billing period or pass has begun, except:

• Where required by applicable law.

• If an error occurs in billing.

• At the discretion of Ironworks Gym.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Membership Pricing

Ironworks Gym reserves the right to modify membership pricing from time to time.

If membership rates change, active members will receive advance notice before any new pricing takes effect.

Certain memberships, including Charter Memberships and other promotional memberships, may include special pricing or benefits. Unless otherwise stated, those rates remain in effect only while the qualifying membership remains active and in good standing.

If a member cancels a membership that includes grandfathered, promotional, or Charter pricing, those rates are forfeited. Any future membership will be subject to the pricing and membership options available at the time of rejoining.
