That's why every Saturday morning, we host a high-energy Community Boot Camp that's open to everyone, not just our members.
Whether you've never stepped into a gym before or you're training for your next Spartan Race, you'll find a workout that's challenging, supportive, and fun.
Best of all, it's free.

what is boot camp?
A fast-paced group workout that combines strength training, cardio, functional movement, and bodyweight exercises.
Class typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes and may take place inside or outside the gym, depending on the workout and the weather.
Every session is different, keeping workouts fresh, engaging, and challenging.
If you've done a Spartan Race or Tough Mudder, then many of the movements, and yes, plenty of burpees, will feel familiar.

Seriously.
Whether you're just getting started, returning to fitness after time away, or already train several days a week, you'll fit right in. If you are lifting 5 days a week, then this is perfect for you to get your heart rate up and enjoy some functional training. If you are a runner, this is the perfect way to get some functional strength training into your week.
Our coaches provide modifications and progressions for every workout, allowing you to work at your own pace while continuing to improve.
You'll be challenged, but you'll never be left behind.
More than a workout
The best part of Saturday Boot Camp isn't the workout.
It's the people.
Our class is built around encouragement, teamwork, and having fun together. You'll celebrate successes, cheer each other on, and discover that working hard is a lot more enjoyable when you're doing it alongside others.

what to bring
Please bring:
Athletic clothing and comfortable shoes
A water bottle
A towel
Plenty of energy
Most importantly, bring a positive attitude. We'll take care of the rest.

If need be, we will move the class inside. But yes, unless we contact you, then class will be held.

Every move in class can be adjusted to make it harder or easier, or adjusted around injuries.
We got you. do not be intimidated.

Everyone will have access to the locker rooms in the gym before, during and after class. Showers too.

Spartan Races are amazing. We are big fans of them.
Tough Mudders, Spartan Races and there are a bunch of other brands that offer similar races. They are running races with physical obstacles to be tackled. They are an amazing experience. They are hard, but doable for any fitness level.
For bodybuilders, these are a great opportunity to challenge your cardio (running) and your functional fitness (obstacles). For runners these are a great opportunity to challenge your strength and functional fitness. We are big fans.
